Our rooms are individually and differently furnished. We are happy to accommodate your room preferences and will do our best to fulfill them. However, please note that we cannot guarantee availability , as changes may occur at short notice due to subsequent bookings or extended nights.

You can pay your bill in cash or by card . We accept Maestro , VISA and MasterCard . If you book via our homepage , you also have the option of paying online by credit card during the booking process.

Bookings made directly through us can be cancelled by email . Please note the applicable cancellation deadlines. In most cases, a phone call is unfortunately not sufficient for a binding cancellation. For bookings made via our homepage , you will find a cancellation link in your booking confirmation. If you made your reservation through a booking portal (e.g. booking.com, HRS etc.), the cancellation must be made directly through the respective portal.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate you booked. You can find the applicable terms and conditions in your booking confirmation or the offer email you received. The free cancellation period is usually 3 or 5 days before arrival . After this point, a fee of 80% of the travel price will be charged in case of cancellation. For rates that cannot be cancelled free of charge, cancellation is possible from the time of booking, but only against a fee of 90% of the travel price .

The tourist tax is charged per person per day , billed separately , and is not a hotel service . For the year 2026 , the tourist tax will be: • €4.50 for adults • €3.20 for children aged 6 to 14 inclusive • €3.20 for persons with a disability rating of 50% or higher Business travelers are exempt from the tourist tax for the first two nights .
